Komono Banko Pottery Workshop

Kamoshika Doguten was established to be an original pottery brand of Yamaguchi Toki. The brand is sold in retail stores across Japan, with a focus on wholesale sales, and in July 2017, we opened our own store in Komono, Mie ? the home of Yamaguchi Toki and the place where our pottery is created.
Our slab-building pottery workshop aims to communicate the idea of this fun, robust, living culture and bring happiness through tableware, for example through starting conversations at the dinner table about tableware you made yourself, or through expressing your sentiments by giving hand-made items as gifts. This is one of the concepts of Kamoshika Doguten.
