Okunoto Enden-mura Salt Museum

One such area was Noto Peninsula’s picturesque Okunoto Enden-mura, where salt production using the regions 500-year-old Agehama method of local traditional salt production techniques are still carried out. Visitors can enjoy a hands-on experience of the Agehama salt production method (reservation required) at the Okunoto Enden-mura’s museum dedicated to local traditional salt production techniques.
