Kazuma brewing
Founded in 1869, the traditional Kazuma Sake Brewery in Noto township Ishikawa Prefecture, is surrounded by the natural beauty of the area’s calm seas and rugged mountains. Kazuma Sake Brewery’s range of fine saké, including the regions famed Takeha label, are created with the traditional elements of rice, water and skill. The nearby mountains are the source of the clear, fresh water required for the brewing of this fine award winning saké, made using quality rice grown under contract with local farmers on the Noto Peninsula.
